2. What this site does

utm.queueforge.dev is a free UTM campaign URL builder. You enter a destination URL and UTM parameters in your browser. The final link is generated locally on your device. We do not require registration and do not store the URLs you build on our servers.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

• Hosting: The site is hosted on Vercel, Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel processes connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested pages, browser type) in server logs to deliver the website and ensure security and performance.
• DNS & CDN: Domain name resolution and additional network services are provided by Cloudflare, Inc.. Cloudflare may process technical data (e.g. IP address, request metadata) when routing traffic to our origin on Vercel.
• Source code: The application may be stored in a Git repository (e.g. GitHub) for deployment. No personal data from visitors is written to that repository through normal use of the builder.

Where data is transferred to the United States, appropriate safeguards apply where required (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses offered by the respective providers).

4. Cookies and local storage

The UTM builder does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Vercel or Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar technologies for security, load balancing, or bot protection. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing of technical access data by infrastructure providers is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure, available website.

6. Retention

Server log data is retained by hosting providers according to their policies. We do not maintain a database of URLs you generate with the tool.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Contact details are in the Impressum.

8. External links

Generated UTM links point to third-party websites you choose. This policy applies only to https://utm.queueforge.dev and its subpages.
